Below you will find the necessary forms you will need to get your Real Property protest started. All of the forms are viewable in Adobe format. If you do not have Adobe, please click the adobe link below and download a free Adobe Viewer.

Step 1. The first form you will need is the Appointment of Agent Form for the County you live in. This form is required by the Appraisal District and is utilized for you to designate Wilkins and Company as your agent with regard to property tax matters only. We cannot conduct a protest for you unless this form is filled out completely and signed by the property owner. Click the link below to review the form. Step 2. The second form you will need is the Property Tax Appeal Agreement. We operate on a contingent fee basis, and you are charged absolutely nothing unless our efforts result in property tax savings for you. This form can be completed online as well. Please be sure to list the property physical addresses you wish to be protested, if you are unsure of the property ID#’s we can look that up for you. Please be sure to Print and Sign your name in the name blocks at the bottom of the agreement.Please also list phone numbers you would like us to utilize to contact you.

Step 3. Lastly, please select the appropriate information sheet below that relates to the property you are requesting service on. These forms are not required. However, the information you provide in them is extremely important. Help us to help you by filling them out as completely as possible. Any additional information you are able to provide could have a substantial positive effect on your property tax protest.
